LEADERSHIP

Director of Operations – David G.

David has been managing and training service personnel successfully in multiple accounts on the East Coast including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Catalent, Colgate Palmolive, Hoffman La-Roche, Schering Plough, and others.  Specializing in HPLC, GC, and Mass Spectrometry, David has managed teams of engineers that perform the necessary Preventive Maintenance, Qualifications, Calibrations, repairs, validations, and other services required by FDA regulations to keep laboratory equipment in good compliance.  David has been trained by Waters, Agilent, Shimadzu, and Vaisala.  David’s strengths lie in his firm belief of continual training and learning for himself and those under his management.  Every situation and every person has valuable knowledge that will help solve problems in the future.  His commitment to fulfilling client’s needs helps keep ACG in constant demand.

Client Relations Manager – Matt M.

Matt’s expertise in business and clientele relations is top of the industry.  Matt brings a focus to solving client’s problems and providing solutions for clientele that clearly portrays the client based approach ACG strives for.  We are here to serve and Matt ensures this with clientele discussions, meetings, and audits.  Matt’s innovative mindset and proven success in business is a great asset to both ACG and our clientele.

Director of Training - Dan B.

Dan combines his knowledge and experience of USP and FDA guidelines learned from contract lab services and training from Agilent, Shimadzu, and Waters and delivers dynamic and essential training to engineers as well as client’s.  From hardware to software, Dan has extended ACG’s training capabilities as experts on HPLC software installation and qualification that is required by the FDA.

Director of Quality Assurance – Diana B.

Diana brings a slew of abilities to ACG that keeps ACG in compliance with ISO 9000 and compliance guidelines.  Diana manages all documentation at ACG as well as reviewing of client’s data and protocol review.  Her responsibilities also include procedural and SOP guidelines for the company’s infrastructure.

Director of IT – Michael Guardabascio

Michael has been providing premier field services, solutions, and account management for the last 20 years throughout the Northeast.  Besides instrumentation knowledge, Michael brings a vast amount of experience and training for various IT fields; including network design and desktop
implementation, configuration, and repair.
